I know I can’t be the only one who misses loading batteries in that brick we called a portable gaming system, how about the awesome colors? Well enough reminiscing, let us enjoy Super Rad Raygun!
September 13, 2014 will be the Festival of Indie Games in Boston, go get your tickets!
While there stop by and check out Super Rad Raygun if you miss the days of old school gaming. TRU FUN Entertainment was told to produce “Rad Raygun on steroids” by their publishing label Midnight City, and with that request, attendees will be able to check out how the game is coming along during its alpha phase in development.
Super Rad Raygun is scheduled to be released on Xbox Live Arcade (360) and on Steam later this year.
RAD RAYGUN must travel the world fighting communist robots, and save the 1980′s by shooting his way through the decade in a totally fresh, expanded version of the original Xbox Live Indie game, Rad Raygun.
SUPER RAD RAYGUN pits Rad against a whole new wave of deadly enemies and locations – from the Communist strongholds of the Far East to strategically insignificant islands off the South American coast. But chill out, because Rad has gnarly new weapons, upgrades, and a revamped gameplay engine to help him out. Ultra sharp 144p resolution graphics and 4 unique shades of green bring Super Rad Raygun to life, as only 80s mobile technology can.
After the success of Rad Raygun on Xbox Live Indies, Chris Bryant and Chris Hernandez of TRU FUN Entertainment were approached by independent publishing label Midnight City to produce “Rad Raygun on steroids” or SUPER RAD RAYGUN.
Current in the Alpha phase of development, SUPER RAD RAYGUN will be showcased and playable at the Boston Festival of Indie Games at the MIT Johnson Athletic Center on September 13th from 10AM to 9PM. Badges to the event can be purchased on their website, bostonfig.com.
SUPER RAD RAYGUN is scheduled to be released on Steam and Xbox 360 Live Arcade later this year.
