Nintendo just released the Switch and they’re trying to show you examples on where you can use it here at PAX East.
It’s not common to see a booth made for a console, you’ll commonly see conventions showing off specific games but never the console itself. This is what made this booth special. Instead of the tradition Nintendo broke the mold and said here we are!
This booth was more of a tutorial on how to use the Switch and showcasing how it works. Like an over glorified station at any of your local video game shops. The best part was the scenarios they included for you to visualize where to use the console. In a diner, a camper, or an airplane! Take your pick! The airplane is the only one that I would even consider but I guess to each their own!
Bottom line; Nintendo just wants us to game together…outdoors.
