This is proof that the original isn’t always going to be the best. Sadly for the Guitar Hero series, Rockband just well… whooped your ass in the Rhythm game genre. By releasing many different versions of the game, it seems like you pretty much drowned yourself. That’s just too bad… Still, we can just remember the good times we all had playing Guitar Hero (the first) and then just moving on to new things… Rockband. It sucks to see them go but this was a smart move, the company was going no where, and with the specific group titles like Green Day and Beatles, it just wasn’t enough. Best of luck to everyone who lost their jobs due to this.
