[box_dark]-Most studios stick to one style and modify it for each of their releases, your studio on the other hand has released games which are all unique and different from each other, why take this approach?[/box_dark]
11 bit studio’s name comes from unusual combination of 11 and bit. Bits are always even, like 4-bit, 8-bit etc. 11 bit stands for an unusual approach. We wanna do original games with unique gameplay and artistic style. I hope our games keep that so far and going to keep in the future.
[box_dark]-With the experience on launching Anomaly Warzone Earth on XBLA, do you think we will ever see a form of Funky Smugglers on Kinect?[/box_dark]
We’d love to. Once there is such opportunity on the horizon, we’re gonna do that.
[box_dark]-In the ‘box art’ of Funky Smugglers we see a yellow Gummy Bear, is there a back story to this?[/box_dark]
Not a particular story, but the items from Funky Smugglers are digitalized versions of real items we’ve prepared during early design process. Green Teddy Bear? Painted white fluffy bear from one of our kids (yeah, that’s a dedication). Red chainsaw? Again, a toy chainsaw painted to red to work as an item on a photo session of “funky smugglers”. And it still works 🙂 Same story with the red plunger. Once I’m in the office, I can take photos of those and send to you!
[box_dark]-On your official site, there’s a section for pretty reviews. We think our reviews for Funky Smugglers and Sleepwalker’s Journey are some of the prettiest, but it’s not listed 🙁 what do we have to do to make the list?[/box_dark]
Damn, my bad. Already fixed on Funky Smugglers page and will be fixed on Sleepwalker’s page once I’m in the office.[divider]
Thanks Pawel! We look forward to reviewing and enjoying all future releases!
