PSN has been down since April 19th, but it is making a triumphant comeback starting right now! As you can see from the map, some states are back in action. According to Kaz Hirai (video after the jump), pretty much all services will be restored except for the PlayStation Store. Also, all users are required to change their password for obvious security reasons. After everyone has stopped jumping up and down with excitement, you can finally redeem your Portal 2 codes for your free Steam copy!
