Brace for winter! PC edition!

Well, it’s that time again where you need to figure out how you are going to shovel out your car, or even your home. At least is you’re on the East coast that is. Snow is upon us! So let us bunker down and get some gaming down. Here are a few games that I would suggest that will get you through the winter. Mind you, these are games that I have personally played, and could put my stamp of approval on. This will be a series of posts so to kick it off, here we have the first edition, kicking off with PC!.

For PC, here are a few games I would recommend that are FREE!

I would highly recommend AirMech, it is constantly updating bringing in new units and it completely changes the game play. Be sure to check this out! It is one of our most favorite games here at DRUL, so much so that I believe just about everyone in the crew has played it. I don’t want to get too much into this game as we’ve reviewed it and talked about it plenty of times, for more material on AirMech, just Click Here.

League of Legends, I’m sure not a lot of people would agree with me but there is a reason why this game has a huge following, it is amazing. Tons of characters to choose from, immersive game play, which could be taken fast paced or even slow for those starting out. Sure there is a bit of a learning curve but they supply you with Co-Op vs AI in order for you to practice. Get good with a handful of champions and then take it to multiplayer and see how you pair up against real people. I remember starting off with Chris (beast) playing this game and we played a ton of vs AI games because we would always get wrecked on multiplayer bouts. After a few matches we were ready and definitely turned the tables on them. I’ll have a few starter tips for this game in the future.

Oz plays Rocket League and is very bad at it, but at least he tries. As long as there are games to talk about, he's in his happy place.
